Rinse the shrimp under cold running water, remove the head, the shell and the black wire on the back. Keep the tail. Rinse again and dry with paper towels.
Wrap each shrimp with a slice of ham.
Peel the garlic and rosorarlo in a pan with oil over medium-low. Remove the garlic when it is lightly browned.
Add the prawns and cook on one side for 2 minutes, turn and cook for two minutes as many.
Remove from the pan and pepper and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon. Serve warm.
