New potatoes with bacon
Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for a few minutes (pour the potatoes when the water boils and cook for 3 minutes from the resumption of the boil).
The past three minutes, remove the potatoes from the pan, dry quickly and wrapping them 4 with a slice of bacon and spicy San Vincenzo 4 with a slice of bacon sweet San Vincenzo, stopping with a toothpick.
Put the potatoes with the bacon in a lightly oiled baking sheet and season with some sprig of rosemary.
Bake in preheated oven (200 degrees) for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked completely and the bacon crispy.
Serve while hot.
